We have taken a giant step into Vietnam as the first and largest major foreign investor in high technology. Job Description
_Responsible for supervision/management of an IT function. Day-to-day functional management of the organization, to include performance management, training/developing, forecasting/reporting, and budgeting/expense control. Set future direction and plans.
_ Ensures operation meets basic user, headcount, and quality guidelines. Represent operation.
_Provide training program.
_Provide day-to-day operational reporting/tracking indicators. Requires advanced knowledge of a highly technical or professional field.
_Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
Job Requirement
Bachelor or a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering in general with minimum 10 years working experience in IT/Automation management role. Customer service, organization development and people management experience is required. Knowledge in IT/Automation infrastructure, Application development and sustaining, operation experience with manufacturing execution system is preferred. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong passion for operation excellence and delivering high quality customer service results
- Advanced knowledge of a highly technical or professional field
- Strong people manager, with good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with customers, managers and employees
