- Managing production and manpower in the department
- Putting forward the logical working plan , basing on the assigned targets from the production control department and on the existing manpower
- Following up production schedule, with the insurance of quality and quantity
- Solving the issues of production , and giving the initiative to solutions
- Weekly , monthly updating and reporting production status
- Evaluating working performance of operators
- Other details given more during the interview

* Requirement :
- Male , aged under 32
- University graduated , majored in Electronics , Electrical , Automation Technology , Industrial Management System
- Good English skills
- Competent in MS office and in email using
- Good at production management and problem solving skills
- Priority to candidates with 1 year working experience onwards
- Work in 3 shifts .

- Company car routing from Xo Viet Nghe Tinh street ( Binh Thanh District ) to VSIP1 ( for all shifts )
