Mô tả công việc:

*Role:
- We work for our client who provide electronic invoicing service. Each our client's client is a new project and we need to put in place the invoice template to start the project. 
- The position takes part in testing the template and supporting client in testing phase.

* Responsibilities: 
1. Technical Support:
- Receive requests to test new invoice templates coded by IT Developer then perform two steps :
+ Internal testing : Test the compatibility of new templates in testing environment which is a special tool developed by us
+ External testing : After successful internal testing, communicate to client to guide them how to send invoices in testing environment. Be in charge of following actions executed by client and giving necessary support to client
- After testing phase, ensure the smooth transition to production phase by transferring the final invoice template to Production team 
2. Ensure the quality of delivery and the time for resolution within a target set by Project manager
3. Report to the Project Manager on the activity and performance of the project on a daily and weekly basis

* Working Hours
- Day Shift: 9AM – 6PM
- 5 working days/week

Kỹ năng công việc:

- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 1 year working experience with JAVA
- Must have package/component or solution development experience.
- In-depth knowledge and rich experience in Java Desktop Applications, Java Core, J2EE
- Advanced understanding of full life cycle development, model programming
- Solid knowledge in object oriented design and design patterns in java
- Good in English, French is a plus
- Familiar to XML is a plus
- Computer skills: MS Office suite proficiency;
- Capacity to work under high pressure;
- Problem-solving oriented personality;
- Willing to work in an international environment
