Primary role:
Java/J2EE Software Engineer works with members of the development organization and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software applications using J2EE technologies
Working Relationships:
* Report directly to the Project Manager or his/her delegate
* Work with project team members and support functions
* Communicate with an appointed Coach about job performance and career development
Professional Responsibilities:
* Write design/implementation documentation.
* Participate in design/code reviews.
* Create, test, maintain and troubleshoot software.
* Create prototype/test applications.
* Work with members of project teams to ensure specifications are satisfied.
* Adhere to strict delivery schedules.

Job Requirement
• University degree
• At least 1 years of experience in Java/J2EE programming / in Java/J2EE technologies: JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, JNDI, Java Classes, Struts, Spring and/or Hibernate framework, WebService, J2ME.
• Significant experience in one or more of the following vendor implementations: IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic / AquaLogic, and JBOSS is preferred.
• Good knowledge and understanding about J2EE architecture, Core J2EE Design Patterns, OOP is preferred.
• Experienced with at least the core J2EE technologies: Servlet/JSP, EJB, AJAX
• Possess analytical and report writing skills as well as ability to work independently
• Be able to speak English and read/write English documents as well.
• Priority will be given to those who are experienced in international software development projects and/or certified by Sun (CJP, CJD, CJA).
