Working as Linux Server Manager, you are responsible for:
1. Manage system engineering team in administrating remote server farm at headquarters in Japan to guarantee 24/7 operation.
2. Consult, deploy and maintain new services and servers requested by customers of company.
3. Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure of branch office in Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Laise with external provider for hardware and software purchasing.
5. Recommend the solutions, improvements, new technologies to general director.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
1. Most of servers run Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian).
2. Web server: Apache and Nginx with PHP/Perl and MySQL. Windows web server (IIS/.NET) is also available.
3. Mail server: Exim, Postfix and Sendmail.
4. Virtualization: OpenVZ, Xen, KVM, Virtualbox and VMWare.
5. Cloud computing: OpenStack, Amazon Web Services.
6. Other services: SELinux, DNS, NTP, FTP, LDAP, SVN, Perforce, Samba, PMS (Redmine).
7. Network: LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Load balacing and failover.
8. High availability/Failover system for web and mail service.
9. Mornitoring and backup strategies.
Job Requirement
1. Degree/Diploma in Information technology/Computer science.

APPLICANT WITH THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND AT LEAST 3 YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN LINUX SERVER WILL BE CONSIDERED.

3. Have expert knowledge of all or most of technical details mentioned. PHP programming is a plus.
4. English communication fluency is essential. Japanese is a plus.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills , resourceful with positive working attitude.
6. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
7. Excellent explanatory skills.
