- Develop and/or assist in the development of new and existing IT software application and systems development efforts.
- Assist with encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting small programs or program modules.
- Assist in the analysis of problems as defined by the systems analysts and expand the definitions to be suitable to the programmer\'s requirements.
- Responsible for writing program documentation.
- Perform moderately complex programming and debugging and modifying existing programs for specific users.
- Develop more efficient programming techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 4 years experience in .NET programming using C#, ASP.NET, and MVC technologies
- Solid background in object-oriented analysis and design using UML
- Comprehensive knowledge in Enterprise applications
- Familiar with source control management using Subversion
- Able to design scalable databases using SQL Server 2008
- Has above average English language skill with "can do" attitude
- Able to coach junior software engineers
