Job description
- Coach junior staff (act as buddy), this can also be for staff that is not working on the same project
- Come up with technical solutions for problems in a project
- Assist project manager in making the initial proposal for the client including the budget and time estimates
- After completion evaluate the project; review planned vs spend hours (and reason for differences), bugs found (and reason for bugs) and possible improvements for next projects. Discuss this with project manager and with project team during project evaluation.
- Perform other specific responsibilities as creating builds/releases, managing other team members, technical design, interaction with customer
- Suggest improvements to the SilkRoad development process and discuss ideas with SilkRoad EPG members
- Be respected by your colleagues, including project manager and senior management
- Create a positive and pleasant work atmosphere at SilkRoad and have suggestions for improving this
- Use the time registration system and complete all entries weekly before Saturday afternoon
- Inform your manager when you are out of work. Your manager will then assign a training or research task. Follow the training/research process for this.
- Implement strictly all the company’s processes and comply with CMM standard perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager and/or manager
Job requirement
- 5 years of experience in software development at international company.
- Strongly in using C#-OOP, HTML, ASP/ASP.NET, and Database programming language.
- Have deep knowledge and skills in technologies like WCF, WFF, JQuey, MVC, 3-tiers
- Good interpersonal & teamwork skill
- Able to quickly learn new technologies
- Analyzing client requirements and translate them into system requirements
- Communicating project issues and progress with English speaking clients
- Good ability to self-train on new technologies & to provide training to new staff
- Team builder or able to work independently
