Main Responsibilities:
• To support Radio network planning & Optimization projects of GSM / CDMA2000+EVDO / UMTS+HSPA / WiMAX/3G.
• To provide: Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), performance monitoring, Site engineering, Network audit, etc.
• To Support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation
• To take part in the Preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide project
