You will work closely with top programmers from the US and Viet Nam.
You will work together to R&D a new innovative DMS (document management system) using advanced concepts such as business object oriented, structure / unstructured form identification and recognition technologies and a data-driven rule-base workflow system.
You have an intuitive understanding of object oriented programming and can develop applications rapidly. You already know C# and .NET environments very well. Design patterns and test based development are familiar concepts.
Most of the time you will work normal hours with Vietnamese and American colleagues in our HCMC office; at other times you may need to work at odd hours to discuss your work with colleagues from US.
Work is intense and highly complex, requiring you adhere to strict deliverable schedules and participate in all aspects of the SDLC (software development life cycle), but the environment is fun and family-oriented, and the work hours are limited so you can stay sharp, get lots of rest, and have a life outside of work.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
• 4+ years of working experience in software development.
• 2+ years in Senior Software position.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and willing to take up the challenges
• Analytical, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to the team work and the company.
Preferred candidates should have:
• Strong programming experience in .NET (C#) with extension programming experience in Web Services (WCF) and/or Silverlight.
• User experience development using Silverlight and/or HTML5.
• Experience in developing document management, OCR and workflow software is preferable.
