Qualifications: 
 BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent and 4-10 years of digital SOC design/verification experience.
• Expertise in following is required: 
o Understanding of SoC Designs 
o Creation and maintenance of design specifications & documentation 
o Micro-Architecture definition of design 
o Verilog/VHDL RTL coding [FSM, Complex Datapath/Control Path Designs] 
o Block/System-level Functional and logical Verification 
o Logic Synthesis (using Design-Compiler or equivalent) 
o Formal Verification (using Conformal or equivalent) 
o Good communication and teamwork skills. 
o Good English communications skills, both verbal and writing. 
Considered A Plus 
 Understanding of SoC Designs 
 Static Timing Analysis (using Primetime or Encounter Timing System) 
 DFT Techniques 
 Low power design methodology & techniques 
 Perl, Tcl, or Unix shell script 
 FPGA experience 
 Working knowledge of Data Storage, Network protocols and microprocessor design a plus 
Description: 
Seeking self-motivated, team-oriented and resourceful individual interested in design and verification of complex SOC. Individual will be working with an experienced and motivated team. As an SOC Design Engineer, you will be involved with the design and verification of the complex SOC with embedded CPUs using the latest ARM technology and State-of-the-art components from Marvell.
