JOB DESCRIPTION

We need an outstanding RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONAL/TEAM LEADER to join our HR team due to our business growth and expansion. In this role, you will attract, build up good relationship with candidates & universities, and hire talent employees meet the company demands of human resources in terms of headcount, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness.

Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.

Creating a pool of candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.

Proceeding with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing of the pool of applicants.

Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities.

Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.

Being in charge of updating information on the recruitment channels

Taking part in organizing CSR activities of the company

To assist HR in day-to-day department operation and general administrative job

Other job is assigned by HR Manager

 Job requirement:

University graduation

At least 3 year working experience in recruiting, working in High-tech company/ Executive Search firm  is a plus

Strong at communication and negotiation skills, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic

Excellent command of English (both written and verbal communication)

Good office computing skills, knowledge of database, knowledge of IT working environment is an advantage.
