Job description

• To collect training needs to identify and prioritize organizational learning and development needs and methods;
• To work collaboratively with business units and drive learning & development forward according to business needs;
• To take care of responsible training topics assigned and assure professional service is delivered;
• To continually improve and adapt the processes for training and development strategies;
• To manage and liaise with external training service providers/vendors;
• Actively participate in ad-hoc Training &Development projects across the organization

Requirements
• BA degree preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in training related, IT industry experience will be an advantage. 
• Good communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, team players and detail oriented;
• Good interpersonal skills and can do and willing to take challenge attitude, can work under high pressure, able to prioritize workload with good time management;
• Negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, excellent-service mind set orientation, good human sense, enthusiastic and positive thinking 
• Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate;
• Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, team work, flexible thinking, building relationships
