Job Description:

Responsibilities may be quite diverse in a technical nature and will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the role, education requirements. The candidate will join Customer Fulfillment, Planning and Logistics Group (CPLG), in Global Logistics Operations (GLO) and will be working on process & capability development, contributing to Vietnam Warehouse Operations. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

1. Performing work measurements and support development of models or metrics to recommend right warehouse capacity
2. Support Operations and Industrial Engineering team with data analysis and identify and recommend opportunities to streamline process or improve efficiency
3. Contribute or support in various stages of GLO projects to improve costs, delivery performance or maximize Intel Gross Margin

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits:
1. Good analytical skills. Strong understanding of MS Excel and/or other analytical tools like JMP, Tableau
2. Problem solving skills; understand how to solve problems objectively.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and team oriented environment.
Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. The candidate is a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.
2. Strong proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated background in with business analysis, process reengineering and stakeholder management
2. Familiarity with Supply Chain including order, customer and/ or logistics.
3. Proven success in fast-paced programs and/or projects.
4. Ability to understand business processes and system functionality to design improved business solutions.
The ideal candidate is willing to become embedded within the team and understand the entire process.
