We are looking for Software Support Engineers who would like to work with us in our global customers support services for Vietnam, Australia, Japan and Asian countries.
I. JOB PURPOSE
1) Support Fujitsu's global customers in Asian countries in English ( telephone, email).
2) Solve customer problems and issues by communicating and collaborating with Fujitsu Database products developers, senior manager and project manager.
3) Increase customer’s satisfactions.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. TARGETS MANAGEMENT
Support your customers and ensure your targets (customer satisfactions) given by your customers and Project Manager.

2. COMMUNICATION
Communication with customers, Project Manager, development team:
1) Understand your customers’ requests in English.
2) Create customer support schedule with Project Manager. Create weekly progress reports, Q&A lists, and issue lists. Hold weekly meeting with Project Manager in order to report your customer support progress and to solve all issues.

3. OUTPUTS
Create following documents and reports and get approval from Project Manager and your customers.
1) Documents: customer support schedule, Q&A lists, issue lists and so on.
2) Reports: weekly customer support progress reports, Q&A lists, issue lists and so on
3) Customer support results documents

4. TRAINING
Attend Customer support skills training and Fujitsu product skills training provided by Project Manager, and improve your skills.

5. TEAMWORK
Maintain a productive and harmonious relationship with Senior Manager, Project Manager, and other Support Engineers for teamwork improvements.
