Job Description
We are looking for a talented QC engineer who is capable of managing QC process. Mostly, all of the works will focus on qualifying developing software process for enterprise systems like retails, supermarket and department store.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns
- Establishing, implement and maintain the quality management system.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system
- Develop training to build quality awareness
- Interface with developers to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Ensure that products and processes comply with the requirements of the quality management system
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints
- Create and maintain quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of quality functions
- Improve QC inspection process and procedures
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions
- Prepare of QC reports
Job Requirement
2.1 Education:
- Bachelor degree of or Computer Science / Applied Science / QC for Computer System or an equivalent combination of education and work experiences
2.2 Experience:
- At least 2-5 years of relevant quality assurance, software testing experience as well as management experience
2.3 Communication:
- Good English skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts
2.4 Qualitative skills:
- Passion for developing software
- Willingness to work extended hours if necessary
- Keen interest in new technologies and their timely adoption
- Dedicate to work and team-work, desire to work in software development
- Flexibility under difficult conditions
- Self-directed and require minimal supervision
2.5 QC Skills
2.5.1 Quality control
- Manage technical requirements to set accurate schedules, costs and resources.
- Ensure goals and objectives for software deliveries
- Provide necessary definitions for quality assurance strategy
- Address necessary phases of product development.
- Supervise quality assurance of team lead, quality assurance engineers, developers and testers including staffs performance evaluations
- Manage and respond to software QC problems like development, database, integration, and customer support
- Anticipate project release problems and take corrective action to resolve the problem and achieve commitments
- Assure the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools
