Job Description
- Manage and operate WAN, LAN network system , and interconnecting to offices and data centers in 4 different locations.
- Implement security system; monitor network usage for security, and audit purpose.
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting to ensure system stability, security, and availability. Suggest and provide IT solutions to business and management problems.
- Plan, research, and implement future IT developments and undertake network and system projects.
- Document system and network infrastructure, procedures, best practice, problems and resolution, and issue reports. Lead the annual IT audit process.
- Be able to go on business trip
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in IT or related disciplines
EXPERIENCE
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience working with medium to large network system serving 200 users or more.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Phone, and Cisco systems.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- Ability to independently design and implement WAN infrastructure from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of network equipments, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, servers, hubs, TV conference systems; and network technologies and communication protocols LAN, WAN, VoIP, QoS, PPP, DNS, IPsec, VPN.
- Able to train staff members to independently operate daily tasks with network system.
- Able to document and present solutions, technical proposals, network report analysis to staffs and manager.
- Possess CCNP.
- Friendly attitude, Willing to learn and mentor.
