Job description
• Be responsible for circuit design of Analog IP macros (DDR-SDRAM controller, PLL, USB, SATA & IO buffer).
• Be responsible for circuit design of Foundation IP Libraries (Standard Cells, IO, Memory)
• Include circuit simulation, layout design and library making.
Job requirement
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• New Grads (Required GPA: > 7.4) and/or 1-8 years experienced in Intergrated Circuit and/or Layout design.
• Internship positions are also available.
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals: passive devices (R,L,C), active devices (BJT, MOSFET).
• Be able to use circuit simulation tools (HSPICE or Spectre)
• Well versed in scripting languages like Perl etc.
• Understand process window & variation in semiconductor design, manufacturing process, photolithography process and CMOS device structures. Apply those knowledge to design.
