- Thiết kế IP Core và SoC trên công nghệ FPGA
- Thiết kế và phát triển các hệ thống nhúng
- Thiết kế các board mạch điện tử phức tạp và tốc độ cao
Hiện tại công ty của chúng tôi đang muốn tuyển một kỹ sư vi mạch ( team lead) với những điều kiện như sau:

Job Description :
Provide a leadership role for a product development team to effectively plan and execute
all phases of digital implementation for IC products.
- Interact with marketing, customers, and IC designers to ensure design requirements are
captured and met.
- Plan projects with schedule and performance constraints. Report progress, collect,
track, and resolve any performance or schedule issues.
- Provide guidance to team members in complete RTL to GDS design and verification
processes.
- Responsible for the final delivery of high yielding IC products, meeting area and
performance constraints.
Job Requirement
- B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with 5+ years
of relevant experience.
- M.S. or Ph.D. a plus.
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics / CMOS transistor design / Microprocessor design
fundamentals.
- Knowledge of the complete digital design flow, from specifications to tapeout.
- Extensive experience in netlist-to-GDS physical design process.
- Experience in ASIC design.
- Proficiency with the EDA tool suite including but not limited to:
o Verilog/VHDL RTL coding.
o Logic synthesis
o DFT/scan insertion, ATPG
o Functional verification
o FPGA implementation is a plus
o Floorplanning, pre-routes, power grid design, clock tree synthesis, place and route.
o Timing, power optimization and analysis.
o Physical, electrical, and formal verification.
o Interconnect extraction.
o Xtalk/IR-drop/EM analysis
o Multi-voltage implementation experience is a plus.
- Experience in digital implementation methodology and flow development. Tcl/Perl/Shell
scripting skills to automate design process and improve efficiency.
- Self-motivated, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sufficient language proficiency for communicating with English-speaking customers.
- Project management skills is a plus.
